BP Oil Seeking Approval of
New "AM-PM Store" at Henderson & High
BP Oil
presented a plan for renovation of their site at Henderson Rd and High
Street to the Clintonville Area Commission on April 10, 2008, The
Chamber Board supported BP's project. The Commission voted 4-4.
The project now goes to the Columbus Board of Zoning Appeals.(BZA).
Below are the elevations of the proposed new store and the site plan,
which will eliminate one curb cut on Henderson Rd and reduce the size of
the curb cut on the ally. The new building will be placed on the rear of
the lot, adjecent to the ally.

Metropolitan Partners Move
Forward With 4400 N. High Project
Metropolitan Partners received approval from the Clintonville Area
Commission for their new project at 4400 N. High St. This will be
Metropolitan's fourth Clintonville project. Others are Starbucks at
High St. and E. North Broadway, the multi-tenant building at High St. and
Winthrop Rd, and 4041 N. High.
The 4400
High St. project will be done in three phases and is expected to start
later this year.


The project will open the
parking lot behind the existing office building, and will add two new
structures to the north and south of the existing building, which will
include the demolition of the existing office building at the corner of
Henderson Rd and High Street, that will be phase three of the
project.

Fairfield
Properties building at Tulane & High is also moving right along. Jim
Sicaras expects the building to be ready by mid-summer.

Graceland Keeps
Moving...
The
west building on the north side of Graceland has been completed and new
signage added. Additional parking and landscaping was a welcome addition
for merchants such as Knitters Mercantile, Graceland Shoe Repair and Chase
Bank.
Mean, just to
the east on the north side, two new buildings are now available for
occupancy.
The Casto Co. expects to make several announcements regarding new tenants
within the next few months.
